Cafe Biela is in the area of Recoleta in Buenos Aires. My cousin Joe and I went there a couple times when we were staying at a hotel in the affluent neighbourhood of Recoleta. It's a grand cafe, and quite famous. A place where "The In-Crowd" goes. so I was naturally there. We'd have breakfast here everyday while in Buenos Aires. We had a wonderful time, eating lots of grilled meat, drinking Argentinian wine, and breakfast at La Biela, one of the World's coolest cafes. So glad I stumbled upon it.
